We can hear their noise and call before we can see them. And even when we do see the darkened forms, we do not see them clearly, hindered by the juxtaposition of dark and glare of the incoming storm. But quick darts here and there confirm- the parrots are back. We keep our eyes up. Lots of birds come through the Rio Grande Valley this time of year. More parrots, less grackles, say we.
