But who will pay for the carbon credits...?

Admitedly, I was quite amused by this story when I first came upon it earlier in the week. I thought, though, I could pass it by, not stoop to that childish level. Until dear daughter brought me the attached art work today, completely unsolicited. And then I knew, it was meant to be.

So, for the story to accompany the illustration, check out this link: FOXNews.com - Researchers: Moose Gas Hurting Environment - Science News Current Articles

Just shows you how out-of-whack some of the carbon credit stories are! Or maybe some of the global warming caused by carbon stories. I'm not going as far as to say there is no global warming, but whether it's caused by fossil fuels or moose.....can't really say! We'll have to discuss this further.
I also love your label for this blog "silliness".
Fun talking to you!!

PS~ the artist and her siblings think I should explain the moose better... she was inspired by our post-WWII history lesson, and the Italian dictator, Mussolini. Thus, MOOSE-elini... :-)

Hey, what happened to "what I'm reading" and "what I'm listening to"?

I think "Mooselene" is absolutely priceless! I'm glad you've preserved him for posterity on this blog site!!!

BTW, check out Linnea's blog. Myers-Briggs combined with Harry Potter! It's great.

Sperlonga! You can be leader of the Prone To Wander Fan Club! You notice way too much!! :-)
I'm trying to figure out how to link the "I'm reading" and "I'm listening" without giving away all my info and making Mr. Prone to Wander prone to craziness!!
They will be back, I promise.

All I can think of are the two HORRIBLE sites we pass through sometimes on the way to NM, one in Colorado and one in Amarillo! They must pale in comparison to Oslo! We do love Sarah's witty political cartoons! Mussolini goes right up there with the one she did of Hitler. Those two 8-year olds have certainly absorbed a great deal of WWII history, in that we have had some great discussions about it. And yet, more history lovers and historians in the family??? Terrific! Thanks for the fun blog!
